The Business Manager will be responsible for project managing key rhythm of business workstream, including troubleshooting and streamlining our reporting process.  The successful candidate will achieve this by partnering closely with peers in the GTM team and key stakeholders in WWL, Integrated Marketing, and engineering to support business objectives and drive business impact.

Deliverables/Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budget process under the direction of others. Track financial progress to date against budget and provide guidance to the team.
  • Complete an assessment of marketing reporting capabilities, identify gaps and challenges, summarize across the team and synthesize into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with the marketing, reporting, and engineering teams to evaluate, prioritize, and implement recommendations.
  • Work with internal channel owners to ensure utilization of the marketing reporting tools created in key learner and learning partner-facing channels to ensure last mile implementation.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communications throughout the process, via email updates, key meeting rhythms/processes, and presentations. Enable internal stakeholders and partners with easy-to-understand process guidance and documentation.
  • Establish ongoing feedback loops with internal and external partners to understand how things are landing and required updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, reporting capabilities, product marketing and/or marketing communications.
  • Organized approach to project and process management, with proven experience establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships across a varied set of stakeholders and organizations.
  • Excellent communicator, with expertise in written, visual and presentation formats as well as running effective stakeholder connection rhythms.
  • Self-starter, with shared ownership mindset & strong attention to detail.
