Project Description
Our client is looking for an experienced consultant to manage weekly and bi-weekly team syncs, schedule, curate the agendas, presentations and ensure actions are distributed and followed-up on. Among some of these key rhythm activities are: Monthly business reviews, scorecard creation and management, review meetings, learn and share sessions, quarterly demo days with logistics support. This exciting opportunity also will support special team culture meetings, planning and executing team offsites, moral events, bi-weekly virtual hangouts and monitor the teams required learning and development trainings.
Deliverables/Responsibilities
- Manage the team’s rhythm of business
- Maintain monthly calendar and share updates with the team
- Bi-Weekly Team Syncs / Bi-Weekly Lead Syncs
- Manage schedule and agenda, distribute notes
- Monthly Leadership Meetings
- Prepare workback schedules for monthly meetings
- Work with team to gather scorecard inputs and update monthly MBR slides
- Prepare monthly Program Solutions review presentations
- Schedule prep and review meetings for presentations
- Work with team leads to ensure content is ready
- Monthly Learn & Share sessions
- Schedule prep and review meetings for presentations
- Work with team leads to ensure content is ready
- Quarterly Demo Days
- Schedule prep and review meetings for presentations
- Work with team leads to ensure content is ready
- Quarterly WWL LT Syncs
- Schedule prep and review meetings for presentations
- Work with team leads to ensure content is ready
- Special Meetings and Team Culture
- Plan and execute team offsites
- Plan team morale events
- Biweekly Virtual Hangout
- Monitor teams required training/learning to monitor adherence
- Onboarding
- Introduce new team members to the Program Solutions - Teams site, ROB and key team deliverables
- Organize and maintain onboarding OneNote for new hires, including working with owners to build onboarding plans for each role
- Presentation Materials
- Manage presentation resources
- Drive presentations to completion
- Provide edit support on team slides
- Work with designer as needed to prepare presentation materials
Key Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- 5+ years of increasing responsibility, hands on experience with managing ROB, communications, and exposure to executives
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated cross-discipline and cross-group collaboration, and a passion for driving a culture of collaboration
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Exceptional communication, project management skills, and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (years of experience can be used in place of educational degree)
- Strong analytic skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative to analyze customer needs and develop program strategies.
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Experience working with large enterprise tech companies
