Overview:

Do you have a passion for gaming and experience in Marketing and customer engagement? Our client, a fortune 500 tech company, is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support the game pass for console audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Marketing support for the team
  • Pulling together Go To Market plans for Game Pass campaigns and other programs, including working with integrated marketing, owned & operated, design, programming, relationship marketing and engineering
  • Support Operations, complete trackers, requests, social forms, etc
  • Provide “Proof of Execution” for all campaigns – documenting placements
  • General project management across GP (Game Pass) content, taking notes/actions in GP vteam cross org, T- minus schedules
  • QA/Troubleshooting, Issue 911, communicating resolutions to the teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have experience managing webpages or digital stores for consumers
  • Gamer background or gaming industry experience is preferred
  • Creative is a big plus!
  • 5+ years in gaming or enterprise tech industry
