Senior Project Manager, Part-Time - 5933

Project Description

Are you experienced in managing programs and eager to lead programs utilizing industry best practices? Our client, a Fortune 500 tech company, seeks a mid-level to senior Program Manager to work closely with their team to provide program and process management that will drive their business goals and manage daily operations, as well as assist with multiple individual projects as needed.

Dates: 4/29/22 – 12/31/22 with possible extension
Full/Part-Time:
Part time - 20 hours per week

Deliverables/Responsibilities:

2022H1 AMD MDF and SPCF Field Documentation and Communications: Consultant will create and maintain all Market Development Fund (MDF) and Solution Provider Co-Marketing Fund (SPCF) training materials, Wikis, and communication cadences needed for the AWS field to utilize the programs.

Consultant will complete the following:

  • Monthly stakeholder syncs and/or Office hours
  • Monthly field allocation utilization e-mails
  • Market Development Fund (MDF) and Solution Provider Co-Marketing Fund (SPCF) training materials - design and field execution
  • Wiki updates/maintenance

Intel MDF and SPCF Program Operations: Consultant will train all AWS stakeholders on Market Development Fund (MDF) and Solution Provider Co-Marketing Fund (SPCF) Dashboards and Operation reports to accurately track the 2022 MDF and SPCF performance and budget utilization across regions and programs.

Consultant will complete the planning templates and annual financial reporting including:

AWS Field annual planning and Training:
  • Support Development of documentation for new processes as applicable
  • Support documentation of all current operational processes related to MDF and SPCF
  • Provide individual field support to ensure documentation compliance
Funding – Weekly deliverables: (Approvals report)
  • Process incoming MDF & SPCF funding requests and train Field where necessary
  • Enter data from funding requests into MDF & SPCF tools and internal reports
  • Ensuring activities receive AWS & Intel approval 7 days before the execution start date
Claiming – Weekly deliverables: (Claims report)
  • Send field Proof-of-Performance (POP) request email on Activity end date
  • QA incoming MDF & SPCF POP and work with Field to craft a compliant claim
  • Submit all MDF and SPCF claims as they become due

  • Thrives in ambiguity
  • Self-starter, heavy bias for action; willing to take ownership and ask for clarity
  • Highly proficient in excel and learning web-based tools
