Project description:

Our client at Microsoft is looking for a Program Manager to support product offerings in assortment planning, competitive analysis, and performance reporting. We are seeking an individual who understands the Subscriptions economy, has consumer marketing experience, ideally in games and/or entertainment, as well as Go-To-Market planning and execution prowess. This role will include managing team-wide projects, integrated forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration across corporate and marketing teams to report campaign results.

Deliverables/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Marketing Managers on projects and programs that help benefit the team and improve efficiency/impact (e.g., quarterly reporting, plan development)
  • Manage the team’s samples process, including improving the experience, managing shipments and more.
  • Aid in presentation deck development and update as needed with progress
  • Summarize earning reports insights and update team on key competition beats
  • Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to develop approved marketing assets for local campaign executions
  • Report on weekly category business results including revenue, units, # of subscribers
  • Assist in forecasting rhythm

Qualifications/Requirements:

The consultant should have the following skills, tools knowledge, education, and experience:

  • 5 - 7 years consumer marketing experience, within a global, multi-brand company
  • Experience working through multiple internal and external partners to achieve superior results.
  • Ability to generate high-impact ideas, multi-task and manage projects under pressure,
  • Extensive experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams, exceptional presentation skills
  • Consumer Marketing Strategy and Tactical Planning
  • Analytical, Data & Detail-Oriented
  • Power BI, and Excel experience
  • Strong Communication and Commitment
  • Collaboration and Leadership
  • Competitive, subscriptions economy, earning report insights
  • Microsoft experience is a plus
