We are looking for an Events Project Manager to provide support for one of our enterprise tech clients and their partners for the HBCU Tech Conference happening in the last two weeks of September. You will be responsible for skillfully interacting with management within and outside of the company, comfortably communicating with team members across the company, and partners, and flawlessly handling confidential and critical details. We are looking for a strategic doer to jump right in to plan and execute events with all key areas of need. This role requires excellent written and verbal communications skills to interface with all internal and external audiences showing an action-oriented, organized approach, possessing excellent event-planning skills - along with the ability to define project milestones and deadlines and ability to coordinate across teams, stakeholders, and external contractors/vendor service providers to ensure a successful and enjoyable event that meets organizational goals and expectations coupled with on-time results, on-schedule to meet budget and measurement post-show.
